Tasting:

Colour:

Very intense, with dark background and red cherry edging.

Nose:

Expressive, deep, elegant. Perfectly integrated with the wood. Ripe black fruit, in the line of the plum and blackberry. Mineral notes and great quality sweet spices, the feelings of spicy black chocolate and black fruit.

Palate:

Voluminous, ample, ripe and fresh black fruit, mineral, a subtle remembrance of the cocoa. Refreshing and balsamic notes of aromatic plants in the pine forest. Great quality tannin. Delicious aftertaste where all the aromas and flavours are blended.

Delightful feeling in the mouth, combining powerful and elegance.

Superb wine from a marvellous harvest. Clearly remembers the sensation of the landscape, pines among the sand, rockroses, wild marjoram, lavender…, forged during the impeccable ripening of 2011.
