TASTING

Colour:

Strong colour. Intense red colour with deep‐red backdrop and trimmed with hints of purple.

Nose:

Very expressive, intense, with a marked fruity character overpowering the oak, almost imperceptible.

Red and black fruits, akin to cherries and blackberries. Strong sensation of freshness. Light spicy notes reminiscent of recently ground black pepper. Mineral touches bringing to mind the smell of fresh earthy roots.

The aromatic expression rises and the fruit predominates over the other components.

Palate:

Average, full, enveloping volume without troughs. Major fruity sensation and very fresh.

Nuances perceived in the nose appear, with dominance of red and black fruits, but also its mineral character and finely spiced component. The aromas are enjoyed once more in the retro‐olfaction.

The tannin is present in good quality marking the youth of the wine. Long, with good acidity providing agreeable freshness combined with a sense of abundance.

A harmonious and balanced wine. Very consistent nose and mouth, in which fruits and freshness come to the fore. The result is a pedigree Ribera with personality, very pleasant, to be enjoyed.
