Colour:
Very deep, with bigarreau cherry bottom and a red bluish rim.
Nose:
Very deep, with the oaky almost imperceptible. Plentiful red and black fruits, in the line of the blackberry. With the remembrance of the aromatic herbs and the scrubland.
The aromas are growing in the glass and appear among the fruits, hints of ground together with the herbs, all is enveloped in a veil of cocoa and the warm and refreshing sensation of the pine forest during the summer.
Palate:
Voluminous, structured, full, it envelops the mouth, tannins of great quality are present. The ripe fruits envelop, leaving the sensation of blackberry, cocoa and the aromatics under the pine forest.
The finish is long, of ripe fruit and freshness.
It remembers the extraordinary 2009 harvest, with an excellent ripening and carrying the aromas of the landscape in the afternoons in the early of the autumn, maintaining the freshness.
